Sometimes when you install new applications in your PC, or you uninstall those that already exist, the icons on the Windows desktop often move or change their position, meaning you have to look for them all over the screen.
Icon Restore is a simple application that lets you keep your icons where they are, so that after any change to your desktop the icons will stay in the same place. Once Icon Restore is in your PC, you can access its functions via the right mouse button on the icon you want to fix in place. Icon Restore shows you two options: “Save Desktop Icon Layout“ and “Restore Desktop Icon Layout.“
